Refunds:
All purchases for booths/tables are non-refundable.  We have limited placement for our events and often have a waiting list for booths/tables for each event.  Your reservation insures that your table or booth will be held for your program. Additionally refunds will not be given based on performance or attendance.

Marketing:
Each camp is directly responsible for their own personal success at our fairs and events.  Camp Fair Guide markets heavily in local markets to achieve maximum attendance but does guarantee results.  Camp Fair Guide makes known that success for differing programs will vary at each event and from year to year.  We encourage all participants to reach out to the local community prior to participating in our fair/event to insure strong results.  Many of our past participants have done extraordinarily well by utilizing local resources before our event.  Please contact Camp Fair Guide if you desire help in targeting the local market. 

Agencies/Agents
No Summer Camp Recruiting Agencies or Agents will ever be allowed into a Camp Fair Guide sponsored event.  If you are a recruiting agent/agency and you register for our event, you will not be refunded.  Without exception. Misleading information given to Camp Fair Guide which misrepresents an agency/agent/program whom is attempting to act in a manner similar to a recruiting agency will result in legal action. 

Additional Fees:
There are not any additional fees if a child and/or teen is recruited.  This is commonly known as a 'back-end' split or cut.  Camp Fair Guide will not charge success fees unless specific recruiting deals are negotiated separately from registration.  If you wish to have Camp Fair Guide and the team members from PG Inc recruit for your program please contact us by email: info@project-globe.com.
